Safe & Warm is a coalition of individuals and organizations that came together in the Fall of 2023 for the purpose of assisting the underserved in our area. The Harriet Tubman Liberation Foundation, Inc., serves as the fiscal sponsor for the Safe and Warm Program.

Safe & Warm offers a warm, friendly, helpful place where people can find food, drink, a helpful staff of volunteers, and a list of local resources. Personal hygiene products, socks, and winter outerwear are also available.
Safe & Warm is staffed by volunteers from the community and local churches, including First Presbyterian Church of Skaneateles, Harriet Tubman Memorial AME Zion Church of Auburn, Poplar Ridge Friends Meeting of Poplar Ridge, St. James’ Episcopal Church of Skaneateles, United Ministries of Aurora, and Westminster Presbyterian Church of Auburn.
