Marilyn love
Mrs. Marilyn Love is a lifelong resident of Auburn, NY, and a dedicated member of the Harriet Tubman Memorial AME Zion Church. Her belief, trust, and relationship with God motivate and drive her to serve in the Church and Community with compassion and dedication. Marilyn is a retired Licensed Practical Nurse with 25 years of Nursing Service as a Staff Nurse, Supervisor, Infectious Control Nurse, Employee Health Staff Nurse Coordinator, and Nurse Manager. In 2013, Marilyn was awarded the New York State Health Facility LPN of the year for her work standard and ethics, having received this prestigious award above LPNs from 250 licensed facilities and 31 nursing homes in the State. Marilyn is blessed to have 4 step-sons 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren. Marilyn enjoys making beautiful quilts and crafting, liturgical dance—incorporating American Sign Language, as well as walking with Girltrek, a nationwide organization that supports and encourages good health through exercise. Marilyn lives with compassion and respect for others, believing that a respectful sense of humor is a true attribute that needs to be expressed every day in all life endeavors. Her personal goal is to always honor and respect life in all forms and levels.
