Irv Beimler has over 35 years of experience as a senior executive, private equity portfolio manager, and consultant in the financial services industry, specializing in credit management, corporate governance, and leadership. He was the Portfolio Manager at Hovde Private Equity Advisors LLC, focusing on investments in the financial sector, and has served as interim CEO for various banks. Irv has held board positions for multiple banks and has recently assisted with the acquisition and management of failed banks.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Fleet Bank of New York and Riggs National Corporation, where he developed policies and managed special asset areas during regulatory challenges. Irv is skilled in bank turnarounds, strategic planning, and merger execution, and he has provided litigation support for real estate bankruptcies and international banking failures.
