Darrell Andrews, known as "Coach D" and "America's Passion Coach," is the President and Chief Passion Officer of Darrell Andrews LLC and Associates, a professional development and coaching firm. He also leads Self-Care Empowered, focusing on wellness motivation. For nearly 22 years, Coach D has championed the idea that true leadership stems from individual capabilities and their positive impact on others. He and his team provide tailored solutions in areas such as Self-Care, Post-Pandemic Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Teamwork. Coach D has authored several impactful books, including the upcoming "Post-Pandemic Leadership: The Key to Recruitment and Retention." His expertise is sought by major companies like Walmart, First Data, and Verizon, as well as various educational and nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Having delivered keynote addresses at over 350 national and state conferences, Coach D is also a regular guest on television, radio, and podcasts. In his personal life, Coach D celebrates 29 years of marriage and values his role as a devoted father to four children.
